If you have a conflict, and are unable to work during one of your scheduled meets, it is your responsibility to find a worker replacement for yourself. All worker substitutions must be at least 18 years old. You may ask anyone who is 18 years or older to substitute in your place, and then e-mail us at workers@ashburyalligators.com to inform us of the change prior to the start of the meet. The following individuals can be called as possible worker substitutions for a small fee. It's a great way to offer you substitution options, while providing others an opportunity to earn a little extra cash. If you would like to hire any of the following individuals to work in your place, feel free to contact them. The fee amount should be completely agreed on between you and your substitution. The Ashbury Alligator Swim Team is not directly involved in the 'hiring" or fee amounts for any worker substitutions. |
